James Kaloutas

President

James Kaloutas is the founder and president of Kaloutas Painting. Since Jim began Kaloutas Painting in 1987 it has grown to become a $10M business. It is Jim's dedication to his employees and customers that have helped Kaloutas Painting advance. Jim is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). EO is an international organization dedicated to the education and advancement of member organizations. Jim enjoys giving back to other entrepreneurs by mentoring them as they begin their path to growth.

Bruce Durkee

Vice-President

Bruce joined Kaloutas Painting in 1997 as Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2001. With over thirty years of experience in the commercial painting industry, Bruce has led many of the company's most prestigious projects. Bruce excels at handling such complex areas as budget oversight, time constraints, and contract review. Bruce also works on projects that involve special finishes and / or specialty trades. Bruce values his long term relationships, both with his customers and his fellow project managers.

Katie McNaught

Controller

Since joining Kaloutas in the fall of 2002, Katie has held various positions throughout the accounting department.  Her complete understanding of all aspects of corporate accounting combined with her managerial experience make Katie a valuable member of the management team.  As a dedicated employee for more than eight years Katie has played a major role in implementing strategic initiatives to help the company maintain profitability and growth.  As Controller, Katie consistently works towards new approaches within the accounting department to ensure that Kaloutas Painting remains a reliable, successful business that will continue to grow.  Katie earned a BA from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
